Elliot and his partner, Kelsi

Raised by a single mom in Southern California, Elliot learned the value of perseverance and hard work from a young age.

Though his first business venture - a candy resale operation that caught the attention of his elementary school principal - was shut down, he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug.

Elliot completed undergrad at Northeastern University in Boston, where he studied Information Science and Business and experienced his first real winter. He later earned an MBA at Stanford, where he met his partner Kelsi.

After Northeastern, Elliot was a consultant in EY’s People Advisory practice where he helped companies lead change initiatives, upskill employees, and build culture. His work reflects a belief that people are at the heart of any successful business.

Elliot’s career has spanned technology, innovation, and business roles at F500 companies and startups including Johnson & Johnson, ProfitWell, and C3 AI. He has led marketing efforts, launched new products, and developed profitable partnerships. He’s prepared to lead a business and sustain its growth.

Elliot and Kelsi live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where they enjoy long hikes, fiercely competitive board game nights, and movies at the local historic theater.

Why Stonesteps?

Elliot grew up in the beachside town of Encinitas, California. Stonesteps Beach was his favorite local secret: always free from crowds, and one of the most beautiful places to catch the sunset in Southern California.
